Last updated: April 2026

Welcome to The Aesthetic Frequency. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our training programs, website, digital content, live education, downloadable materials, community spaces and related services (collectively, the Services).

By enrolling in any training, accessing our website, or participating in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in The Aesthetic Frequency training.
Our programs are designed for qualified or practising professionals in skin therapy, beauty therapy, spa therapy, dermal therapy, massage, or related aesthetic and wellness fields. It is your responsibility to ensure that the techniques taught are appropriate for your qualifications, scope of practice, and local regulations.
You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with any licensing, insurance, health, or professional requirements relevant to your location and practice.

2. Enrolment and Account Information
To access certain Services, you may be required to provide personal details or create an account.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information at the time of enrolment and to keep your details updated where required.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Training Access and Use
Digital access
Access to online training materials is provided for the period specified at the time of purchase or enrolment.
Unless otherwise stated, access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred or reproduced.
Live and in-person training
Where training includes live online sessions, in-person intensives, hybrid learning or in-clinic training, participation details will be provided at the time of enrolment or prior to commencement.
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, arriving on time, and ensuring you have the required technology, space, or setup to participate.
Completion and certification
Some training pathways may include practical requirements, assessments, case studies, video submissions, or other completion criteria.
Where certification is offered, certificates will only be issued once all required components have been completed to the required standard.

4. Individual Use Only
Your enrolment is for your individual professional use only.
You may not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, screen-record, teach from, republish, upload, sell, sublicence, or otherwise provide access to any part of The Aesthetic Frequency training materials, protocols, videos, downloads, resources, assessments, or methods to any third party, including team members, staff, colleagues or other practitioners, unless you have written permission from The Aesthetic Frequency.
Any unauthorised sharing or misuse of materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

5. Payments
All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full, or in accordance with an approved payment plan, before access to training is granted.
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all instalments on time. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal of access to the training until the account is brought up to date.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect purchases already confirmed.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
Please choose carefully. Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
Because The Aesthetic Frequency training includes access to intellectual property, digital content, reserved live training places and educational materials, all sales are final unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
If a live training, in-person event or program is cancelled by us, you will be offered either:

  • a transfer to a future date,

  • a credit, or

  • a refund, at our discretion or as required by law.

If you are unable to attend a live or in-person training you have booked, your payment is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
Requests to transfer into another intake or training date may be considered at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by The Aesthetic Frequency, including but not limited to training materials, frameworks, methods, protocols, documents, videos, recordings, course content, worksheets, sound integration techniques, branding and website content, remains the intellectual property of The Aesthetic Frequency unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for your personal professional development only.
You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, resell, teach, or use any part of our intellectual property for commercial education, internal staff training, or any other unauthorised purpose without prior written consent.

8. Use of Training and Certification
Participation in training does not grant you ownership of The Aesthetic Frequency methods, frameworks or intellectual property.
If certification is included, you may only refer to yourself as certified where certification has been successfully completed and, if applicable, remains current under any ongoing requirements set by The Aesthetic Frequency.
