Hello. I’m Michelle.
I’m so pleased you’ve found your way here.
I am a qualified beauty therapist with over 30 years experience in the aesthetic industry, and the creator of The Aesthetic Frequency.
I’ve grown and evolved alongside the industry, working as a hands-on therapist, business owner, employer, clinic manager, educator, business development manager and brand strategist. This experience gives me a deep, practical understanding of treatment rooms and the people and businesses behind it.
I’ve experienced the light and blessings of our industry, and also the moments that guide us somewhere deeper. It was during one of those times that sound healing entered my world.

ABOUT MICHELLE
Teaching has always felt instinctive to me. I began educating beauty therapists in 2003 and quickly realised that helping others expand is where I feel most fulfilled. Supporting practitioners to refine their craft, elevate their client experience and build sustainable success genuinely brings me joy. Watching a therapist step into greater confidence and clarity is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
As a Human Design Reflector, I bring a naturally attuned and supportive presence to business and education. Reflectors are highly sensitive to environment — we notice tone, atmosphere, flow and subtle shifts that others may overlook. In a clinic setting, this is incredibly valuable. I quickly sense the rhythm of your space, the dynamics of your team and how the client experience truly feels.
This heightened awareness naturally aligns with the aesthetics industry. Reflectors tend to have a refined eye for harmony, balance and coherence. We notice when something feels aligned — and when something is slightly “off.” That sensitivity supports thoughtful refinement of both treatment experience and business structure, so everything feels seamless, elevated and intentional.
The Aesthetic Frequency was born from my own experience with sound healing. What began as personal exploration quickly became professional study and facilitation. I immersed myself in understanding how sound interacts with the nervous system, fascia and the skin — and how this knowledge could integrate seamlessly into modern aesthetic practice.
The Aesthetic Frequency is created specifically for qualified professionals who want to elevate their treatments, differentiate their clinic and offer clients an experience that feels both grounded and transformative.

The Aesthetic Frequency emerged at the intersection of two disciplines professional skin therapy and the intelligent application of sound.
And the connection is holistic, Skin is responsive. Sound is regulatory.
Together, they create a shift that is both visible and deeply felt.
In the treatment room, surrounded by the sounds of beautifully crafted instruments, resonance begins. The breath slows. Facial tension softens. The body settles. Regulation returns.
