Handcrafted in Nepal using traditional hand hammering techniques passed through generations of skilled artisans, every bowl has its own individual tones, resonance and character.
Full Moon Singing Bowls are created under the light of the Full Moon, a time symbolically connected with illumination, completion, reflection and heightened awareness. Within sound-healing traditions, this adds a ceremonial layer to an already deeply expressive instrument; connecting craftsmanship, sound and intention.
Within contemporary sound-healing traditions, the musical note F is associated with Anahata, the Heart Chakra. Traditionally, this centre represents love, compassion, connection, emotional harmony and our relationship with ourselves and others.
Whether approached energetically or simply appreciated for its warm, expansive tonal quality, the F fundamental note feels naturally at home within nurturing, restorative and connection-led facial experiences.

Made specifically for TAF, measuring approximately 7–7.5 inches and weighing 800–900 grams, our signature bowls offer a thoughtful balance between resonance and comfortable handling. They produce a rich, immersive sound, without becoming unnecessarily heavy or cumbersome to hold and move around a treatment bed.

Handle with care and store securely when not in use. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and excessive moisture.
Rest the bowl on its cushion or another stable, protected surface and avoid dropping or striking it against hard surfaces.
